Definite does not permit usedefinite.com or any Definite product to be advertised using unsolicited bulk email or any other unsolicited messages. This applies to Definite employees, contractors, affiliates, partners and any third party acting on our behalf.
Email practices
We do not buy, rent or sell email lists, and we do not use affiliates or third-party senders to promote our website. Any business email we send is individually addressed, clearly identifies Definite and the sender, and includes a way to opt out. Opt-out requests are honored promptly.
Enforcement
Any person or company found advertising usedefinite.com through unsolicited messages will have their relationship with Definite terminated.
